Anonymous Twittering
Well, at the urging of others I've finally broken down and started an "Anonymous Liberal" Twitter feed. I'm not sure quite what to do with it. Seems to me that Twitter is primarily a medium for making pithy, sarcastic remarks, which is great because often that's all I have time for anyway. So that's what I plan to do with it. If what you really need in your day is more pithy, sarcastic remarks from me, feel free to follow it . . . or not.

A.L., if you haven't seen this, it might prove inspirational. As they say, "any story can be told in 140 characters."

Your impulses are weak, AL, weak. I haven't even given in to facebook yet. And you can't defend yourself against twitter!
I kid because I love.
If one can summarize a thought into 140 characters or less, either the thought is profound or worthless. My money is on the latter being true 99% of the time.
50% attrition rate over at Twitter, but I like it. It's worth giving it a go. Minutiae aside, there are a couple of benefits:
1) Increased readership of your blog, which doesn't require anything more than announcing you have a new post up.
2) Knowledge of other interesting articles/blog posts outside your blogroll.
Twitter is for twits.
You went to Twitter? This is one of the signs: It's the end of the world... next week Thursday probably.
